WHO WE ARE
The Cultural Association ARADIA PRODUCTIONS was founded in 2017 at the behest of its president Arch. Antonella Santarelli to produce events mainly for the development of the area and reflection on social issues through the production of:
short films, organization shows, festivals, meetings, concerts, seminars, conferences, debates, exhibitions, screenings cycles, courses film and theater; establish and operate curricula at all levels, organizing services for universities, schools at all levels, seminars for teachers, students, workers and artists.
The Cultural Association Aradia Productions organizes the Saturnia FILM FESTIVAL dedicated to the best short films from around the world. The event consists of three competitive sections: fiction, animation, documentary. The works will be short films, whose duration shall not exceed 20 minutes, titles included.
The Saturnia FILM FESTIVAL is proposed as a benchmark in international emerging filmmakers and the audience (made up of professionals and film enthusiasts). The focus of the artistic committee, will be directed to select works that address universal themes in a personal and authentic.
ANTONELLA SANTARELLI - PRESIDENT
Architect with a Masters in Organization of cultural events and with a passion for cinema, realized from 2011 to date some short films and documentaries about social issues and history of the Maremma. Socia FEDIC (Italian Federation of Film Clubs), collaborated from 2015 to 2017 the organization MISFF Montecatini International Short Film Festival, one of the oldest short film festival in the world, the last two years as Director of the Artistic Committee of the Festival. President from 2017 to ARADIA PRODUCTIONS, organizer of the first edition of Saturnia Film Festival.
ALESSANDRO GRANDE - ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Director and screenwriter Italian has always been close to social issues. Graduated in History, Science and Techniques of Performing Arts, in 2010 he made “In my prison”, short film that gets over 100 selections in the world and 40 awards, including the Amnesty International Award and the Prix Fandango. In 2013 he made “Margaret” with Moni Ovadia, Francesca Valtorta and a group of Roma non-professionals. The short film, which deals with the delicate issue of integration, was presented at the Giffoni Film Festival and entered the final five of the Silver Ribbon, winning 80 awards in the world including Best Film at the Ischia Film Festival and Best Director at Ciprus Int. Film Festival. It is currently broadcast on the channel Studio Universal. Alessandro also works as a writer for television programs RAI, Mediaset and Sky. “Bismillah” , is winner of the 2018 David Donatello for Best Short Film, the most important Italian recognition.

Since 2008 he joined as a press office and provides advice to festivals and film productions, institutions and cultural events. We work to improve the visibility of our customers, the media impact and presence on social. We tell each project by developing their identities and strengths, always careful to grasp the uniqueness and pass it in the most effective way.
